Agoraphobia
Dear sir/ mam I have agoraphobia , fear of going to different places. In last two years i never being outisde my house or travel anywhere.cause last time on my journey i had panic attack alongwith very Faster heartbeats and even if i go on short distance trip i have depressive feeling.upon considering the doc he described me anxi.fm tables (2years ago). Now those tablets not available anywhere. Next months is my brothers marriage for which i have to travel to other city.and i am really nervous that i will have same attack in train , cause whole journey is of 12 hours. Please help me how to treat it or any medicine that can keep that fear away while i am traveling. Kindly dont ask me to consult as i have financial problems and cant afford it. Thank you in advance

Dear ma'am.. i can understand your concern. Symptoms are suggestive of anxiety disorder. You ll need medications for certain period of time. Medications can not be suggested without consultation. As u said if you are having financial problems ..better to visit government run hospital in your area
