First of all don't panic.periodontitis is curable.meet a periodontist.patient who has periodontitis should have good hygiene.gum treatments are available to tighten gums and tooth .worst case scenario even artificial tooth replacement s are also available but meet a specialist first
It's because of -----
1. Crooked or overlapped teeth of front region.
Or
2. Wrong brushing technique
Next Steps
visit dentist for further clinical examination & treatment accordingly.
