I am an IT Employe staying in PG from 4 years since this lockdown I came to home from last two months I have gained lot of weight nearly 4. I use to walk 10000 steps Need to some diet plan I want to reduce my weight as much as possible Pls help me Thanks

Yes.u eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengramsprouts everyday. Substitute rice/ wheat with millets. Avoid bakeryfoods,spicy oily foods ,fastfoods,preserved foods. Drink enough water,sleep for min six hrs at night leisurely. Walk yoga exercise for two hrs everyday.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4.
