While breast feeding prolactin hormone is very high in blood. Lactation is a Neuro-endocrine reflex. That means skin sensation on nipple stimulates pituitary gland in brain to release milk through prolactin. Once feeding stops, prolactin level drops & skin becomes redundant. First regain your original weight because weight loss causes sagging all over body ( not only breasts). Some massage oils which contain vitamin A & E along with essential fatty acids are available in the market. They regain skin tone, texture & suppleness. After 3-6 months when you reach original weight, we have to review. Still you want bigger breasts, breast implants as per your required size can be done. It is a day care procedure. But you have to come a few times during planning stage

Though the size of breast depends on various factors like genetics , body mass and proportion, fat contents and physical activity etc. and hence It Is multifactorial . Sagging may also happen post lactating stage .Similarly treatment or breast firming / shaping or sagging breast uplifting / tightening also depends on  various factor. Some of Hormonal therapy may be advantageous.besides exercise , There are oils which needs to be massaged on alternate day , and medicine to be taken will tighten the sagging or loose skin .
