After masterbate snoring too loud
Hello,
i am 30 old male, i have a loud snoring problem, i had a noise operation and tonsense removed too, but nothing change. And i do masterbate almost everyday after it, loud snoring too. i have recorded my voice. and even i use CPAP machine even after removing it got to loud snoring. please help me find right solution. i am fed up of this. i appreciate if you help me. i am descussing for the first time.

There are many causes for snoring such as obesity, deviated nasal septum, allergic rhinitis, inferior turbinate hypertrophy, decreased tone of palate and pharyngeal muscles etc. Most common cause being obesity. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem. Masturbation has no relation with snoring
