This is hormone positive breast cancer. Ideally you require Oncotype Dx test to know wether chemotherapy is required or not. But it's a costly investigation of around 2 to 3lakhs. If not affordable for that investigation you may go for chemotherapy as Ki 67 (Min index) is on higher side
