The stitches seem to have opened plz revisit your dentist the stitches need to be redone also your oral hygiene is bad you need scaling.

Hi.The wound looks perfectly fine.Generally our body needs atleast 4-6weeks to completely heal.So do not worry, wound will fill up and heal on its own.and do get it replaced once the healing is complete as the tooth which you got extracted is the 1 which helps in chewing food.
