My wife had beta hcg on 14th day it was 407 but on 16th we have done it again it shows 630 what does it indicstes she had 3 day frozen embryo trasfer

The hcg value raise is a little lesser than expected. But, this can sometimes be even seen in normal pregnancy. You can repeat the value after 48 hours from the same lab. Once, the value is more than at least 1500, a scan (Transvaginal) can be done to look for pregnancy location. This can take about a week's time.

This indicates that the  baby is not growing fine In a normal intrauterine pregnancy in 48 hours the titers  should double
