Im currently 34 weeks pregnant. My AFI level is 24cm. Is it normal? Or should I worry about this? I don't have gestational diabetes.

It is too much. It suggests investigations for Diabetes and for Foetal and placental abnormality. Have you got all screening tests of early pregnancy done on time ?

Its high, get an ogtt done, if that is normal, monitor ur baby movements,if u face any decreased movements consult a gynaecologist near by immediately
