Advise for supplement to boost conceive
My sister has pcod. Taken treatment for it.
Have done 3 times iui 3vry time it got failed. Her gynac told to try conceiving naturally now for 3 months. So need suggestion on multivitamin and dosage of it to boost fertility. Need supplement of folic acid, omega 3, vitamin e pls suggest the same.
Is Mactotal ok to take for her? 2hat will be dosage ?
