Advice on white bump
Hi,
I have attached the photo of my mouth where there is a white bump in right side n few tiny white bumps around which is causing difficulty in swallowing and also causing ear pain.
Please advice.

It is an ulcer (common recurrent aphthae)
May be due to stress, hot food, spicy food, sharp food, fever, throat soarness, vit b12 deficiency etc
It will subside within 2-7 days
Next Steps
1. Do not eat hot food/drinks
2. Betadiene gargle 2 times/day
3. Apply gel. MUCOPAIN and keep it for 30 mins - 4-5 times/day.

It appears like an ulcer....use anabel gel thrice daily for a week and take flozen AA tablet twice daily for 3 days only if you are not allergic to any of the salts in the given medicine

White lump indicates infection of tonsil.
U are having tonsillitis infection it seems.

1)Do betadine gargles
2)warm saline water gargles
If it increases than u need to go for antibiotics dose.

It might be an ulcer due to hot and spicy food r due to infection or due to vitamin deficiency. If the problem doesnot resolve in 7 days visit a dentist for proper evaluation
