Hi,
I have attached the photo of my mouth where there is a white bump in right side n few tiny white bumps around which is causing difficulty in swallowing and also causing ear pain.
Please advice.

It is an ulcer (common recurrent aphthae)
May be due to stress, hot food, spicy food, sharp food, fever, throat soarness, vit b12 deficiency etc
It will subside within 2-7 days

1. Do not eat hot food/drinks
2. Betadiene gargle 2 times/day
3. Apply gel. MUCOPAIN and keep it for 30 mins - 4-5 times/day.
