If you have been tested first time with the deranged Triglycerides and VLDL without any associated co-morbidities like Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, Stroke or Any heart ailments, obesity etc.. Then can try dietary and life style modifications and repeat lipid profile after a month to see any improvements in deranged values.
