Do s 1. Diabetic diet - Avoid direct sugars / jaggery / honey increase vegetables and dal in all diet plate.. you eat 2. Daily healthy physical activity... regular exercises for 30 to 45 minutes, right time eating 3. Monitoring blood sugars to just to see r u in right track once in a while Donts 1. Avoid Smooking , alcohol, baked products, high Glycemic  index foods Fruits like Mango, grapes, banana, sapota , custard 2. Sitting ideal for long hours in front of screens should be avoided. Every hour 10 min atleast to be keep moving
