FNAC from right cervical swelling yielded highly cellular smears composed of a polymorphous population of large lymphoid cells having round to irregular and lobate nucleus and scanty finely vacuolated cytoplasm. There are accompanied by small lymphocytes scattered tingiblr body macrophages, few neutrophils and occasional eosinophils. The background is dirty, shows abundant lymphoglandular bodies and RBCs. Granulomas or metastatic cells are not identified. Advice : A clinico - radiological correlation with excision followed by HPE with IHC for exact characterization.
