Seek comprehensive professional evaluation: Consult a developmental pediatrician, child psychologist, or neurologist. * Detailed observation: Keep a log of behaviors, triggers, and the nature of fits. * Structured environment: Implement a consistent daily routine at home. * Positive reinforcement: Encourage and praise desired behaviors. * Limit screen time: Reduce excessive digital exposure. * Physical activity: Ensure ample opportunities for active play. * School communication: Collaborate closely with his teachers. * Consider occupational therapy: To address fine motor skills for writing. * Parental support: Seek support groups or counseling for yourself.

✅ What You Should Do Next: 1. Multidisciplinary Therapy Approach (not just medication): • Occupational Therapy (OT): For attention, behavior control, and motor skill development. • Special Education Support: To help him catch up with academic basics (writing, reading). • Speech & Language Therapy: If he struggles to express himself properly. • ABA Therapy or Behavior Modification Techniques: Especially helpful if aggressive or hyperactive behavior persists. 2. Medical Monitoring: • Medications like Risperidone and Olanzapine should be: • Given only under child psychiatrist supervision • Reviewed every 2–4 weeks initially • Dose adjusted as per response and side effects (e.g., weight gain, sleepiness) 3. Deworming and Diet Check: • Sometimes behavior worsens due to gut issues, sugar, junk food, or screen time overload. • Ensure healthy routine, early bedtime, less screen exposure, and daily outdoor play. ⸻
