ADHD cannot focus
I am not able to foucs on studies I am too dependent on others i am a medical student still i don't study unless anyone else sit with me and give me work to learn I don't sit at one place at all I only study 15 min and waste 2 hours I am soo worried about this I don't manage things at all, my room is always dirty not organized at all Keep changing things i will do one thing keep it left undone and go to other Keep all thing undone I want to study  lose weight, my weight is 108 kg and just 21 yr old plzzzz I eat a lot of chocolate whenever i am depressed which i am almost all the time because of my studies and weight i eat chocolate i Think it helps me plzzz tell me of i have ADHD or not because i cant consult a physiatrist my dad wont Allow and obvio cannot pay for free trial also becaus even that my dad has to pay so he will ask me I will be very thankful if anyone can give a detailed answer and if yes i have ADHD which medicine to use and when to take it

It's difficult to make a diagnosis and suggest a treatment based on the information provided. You can seek professional help from your institution where you study as you are a medical student. You may approach a government hospital where you need not pay.  If you had no such issues earlier it is less likely to be ADHD. It could be medical student's syndrome also. To have a proper evaluation of the symptoms please consult a Psychologist.
