Adenomyosis
Hello doc,
My mom has been recently diagnosed with adenomyosis of 3.5×3.6cm I posterior wall and the uterus is anteverted.And previously she had cysts and fibroids 5 years back
And she has been prescribed
Menoease tablets
And leuprolide acetate for injection 3.75mg(depot)
Does that injection so much mandatory to take for that above diagnosed condition? As she is diabetic and has blood pressure does that injection cause any side effects?
