Asked for Female, 32 Years

My wife she is adenomyosis patient and her uterus getting bulky and adenomyosis is 37.3 mm is myomectomy surgery can help her i came to know about one more surgery that is hysterectomy but in this surgery uterus will be removed we dont want to go with that as her mom and her aunt they both were having cancer and is there anychance of cancer if her uterus is removed by hysterectomy kindly suggest

At the age of 32 yrs myomectomy s the preferred surgery for her. Also if there s family history of endometrial carcinoma an endometrial aspirate prior to myomectomy s inidicated too.
