Dosage of endosis for adenomyosis
I have heavy periods with extreme pain during periods for last two years. Ultrasound revealed pcod and adenomyosis. Doctor advised me endometriosis. But I forgot the way of taking medicine. As far as I remember she told me to start on second day of period. But somebody told me that it's taken after the periods. Also she has given Trenexa mf. Kindly suggest the way of taking medication. Is adenomyosis same as endometriosis?

Hellooo...which medicine ur talking abt?tranexa MF? Tat can be taken once u start ur periods..Both the conditions r almost same.
