Endometriosis and Adenomyosis
I am on endosis for an year and stopped 3 months back. I got heavy periods with unbearable pain so my doctor suggested for Mirena insertion and laproscopy. Is Mirena safer than endosis tablet? I had several side effects with endosis like constipation,loss of interest in sex life,bloating, weight gain etc. will the same side effects occur with Mirena insertion?

Mirena is safe and it does not cause systemic side effect like bloating or constipation
