Adenomyoma big size

Asked for Female, 38 Years

I have adenomyoma. Doctor is saying it is si big that laparoscopy or other minimal invasive surgeries not possible or not ideal. Asking me to do open surgery. Pls advise. MRI with contrast report attached.
