A single Xray exposure that too such a short one doesn't expose the fetus to lots of radiation. This shouldn't be a problem but stay careful next time.

A single accidental x-ray exposure where the rays are not targeted towards your lower torso is usually not risky to the unborn fetus. But the early pregnancy is the most vulnerable time because the organs starts growing during that time duration. Inform your doctor during your next visit

There is always a theoretical possibility of X Ray radiation harm to the unborn foetus but the incidence is just about 1 in a million. No further action is indicated in this case but it is a warning call that you should be careful.
