Adenoid hypertrophy
My daughter is diagnosed with adenoid hypertrophy. She is 5 years old. She is getting frequent cold and cough. Doctor advised to do surgery. Adenoid size is 2.4x2.2 cm. Will it be curable using medicines without surgery.Kindly suggest

Can be managed with medicine but if it's recurring again and again it will affect quality of life and increase morbidity.

If she is getting symptoms like mouth breathing and snoring, recurrent ear infection, it's better to go for surgery adenoidectomy.
