As per your reports disease is only in right lung lower lobe with lymph nodes. It appears as a regional disease. She can be a candidate for curative treatment which include surgery as mainstay with chemoradiotherapy before or after surgery. So she should be evaluated properly and without delay for fitness for Surgery. You have shared EGFR mutation testing. Can you share biopsy report which is showing that it is adenocarcinoma lung.
