Ct scan ,pet scan ,egfr done Respected sir, my grandmother is 82 years old taking heart medicines from last 20 years.medical condition ok she has being having cough for the last 5-6 months. tried various doctor , one said it was pneumonia,gave medicine but cough did not stop as last step doctor did operation to remove surface to diagnostic the problem Ct guided lung biopsy section a shows well differentiated acinar and many papillary structures, which are lined by columnar cells. these cells show mild mononucleosis. the stroma is mildly infiltrated by neutrophils and lymphocytes. adenocarcinoma – predominant papillary well differenciated grade 1 advice ; corelation with radiological and clinical findings is also recommended is it curable or treatable, chances of her survival for more years thanking you prashant jadhav

She has advanced age, and commend heart condition. Please get a full starting evaluation including a Broncos and MRI brain done. Also please share the complete PET CT report. She may benefit from chemotadiation or just chemotherapy depending on pergormance status
