I have abdominal pain cant uderstand cause...pain while eating.abdominal cramp gas..bowel sounds indigestion...m very apset please help reports are all normal...i dont know why.before i have done my amykase test many times always under 120 now iis normal..lipase always normal. epigastric pain.m submitting my recent reports...nd found 3mm stone in kideny...nd some fatty changes in liver..i have taken lot of alcohal before now i have epigastric pain..please help..thank u sir

The pain may be because of Gastritis or ibs. Discuss in detail about your SYMPTOMS so that a proper diagnosis can be made and Treatment planning can be done. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Plant based diet.

the SYMPTOMS may not be related to pancreas.
