Acute pancreatitis
Severe abdominal pain with probe tenderness in and around pancreas. Ultrasound and CECT whole abdomen says no gallstone, no kidney stones. Portal vein is normal. Acute pancreatitis with moderate fatty liver. On 26/08/17 Serum Lipase was 2826 U/L and Amylase Serum was 1439 U/L. On 29/08/17 Serum Lipase 141 U/L and Amylase Serum was 264 U/L.

Yes you are suffering from probably mild attack of acute pancreatitis.  Are you admitted or taking the treatment at home. If you are discharged now then please take soft bland diet. It will take couple of days more to settle completely
