Acute Nasal Polyps
I had surgery for Nasal Polyps in 2004. The polyps have reappeared since 2011. The polyps are in both nasal passages. At night the obstruction is nearly 100% in one passage and about 70% in the second - difficult to breath and sleep. I avoid nasal drops unless it is becomes an emergency. Are there options to cure nasal polyps - besides surgery?

Steroids will help for short term relief. But eventually you will need another FESS surgery. Consult Dr Milind Kirtane at hinduja hospital (if you are from Mumbai). He is a good endoscopic surgeon.
