Acute gastric
My mom is 46 years and she is suffering from acute gastric problem. Continuous burps, shoulder back pain, chest pain and hand pain at her left hand. We showed doc however it didn't help. Kindly suggest some good medicine or advice.

From the symptoms described gastritis is a possibility. However need to know more about the symptoms before prescribing medications. Meanwhile, avoid fatty and spicy food. Do not lie down immediately after food. Take a bland diet.
