May be you have primary stage lumbar spondylosis..take ice pack over painfull area..do back strengthening exercises

It looks like acute lumbago without sciatica. Bed rest compulsory for 3 days with medicines to be taken. Can take physio sessions of SWD or IFT to relieve pain along with mild stretching exercises.

From the looks of it either you have a sever muscle spasm or you have got a slipped disc. Whichever way your best bet in early stages is having strong anti-inflammatory medication with or without muscle relaxants. (Your physician can guide you) But most important rest it out with intermittent movement for house activities, take hot fermentation and apply volini or voveron gel. Contact your nearest manual therapp physiotherapist at the earliest.
