And better to take it early in the morning and late in the night.

To prevent nausea and vomiting,take solid food before getting out of bed, take small and frequent meals, avoid oily spicy food, drink adequate water,you can take this tablet

Take small frequent light meals 7-8 times a day like curd rice lemon rice or coconut rice

Take a Parle G biscuits/tiger/milk biscuits at 6 am in morning every day before brushing and before getting out of bed
