Acne on my shoulder and biceps
There are acne on shoulder and biceps area, which I think are increasing on my hands. Please let me know how to get rid of them

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
