Acne on eye lid

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi, She is facing problem with the acne (might be) on the right eye lid and it has grown bigger from earlier. She is also under pregnancy with almost 7 month. Please suggest what could be the reason and is it a major one or could be treated with some ointment. Note : I have attached the image.

It is an eyelid swelling. What exactly it is can be made out only after physical examination. as she is pregnant we have to prescribe her antibiotic very carefully.. i suggest you to get complete examination done
