"Resolve" is possibly the key word Consider a different approach and one that involves a tailor made self care routine with emphasis on counseling & lifestyle changes. Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Persistent acne at 30 years of age is quite common and may be related to factors such as hormonal imbalance, stress, cosmetics, diet, inadequate sleep, or resistant acne types. If acne is not improving despite medications, it is important to reassess the diagnosis
Next Steps
A tailored treatment plan combining the right oral/topical medications, lifestyle correction, and procedures such as chemical peels or lasers may be required for better control and prevention of acne marks/scarring. Please avoid self-medication and squeezing the pimples as this can worsen pigmentation and scarring. Book an online consult for further evaluation and personalized treatment guidance.
