Acne issue
I didn't have breakouts for most of the years except for my period every month . In the span of the last 2 to 3 months , there were too many pimples on my face. I have no idea what went wrong. Just need a few suggestions for the issue.

Period breakouts are highly suggestive of underlying hormonal issue which has to be looked into Besides other triggers need to be found Consider a hormonal work up under guidance of a dermatologist

It can be cleared...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hey there! I get it, suddenly having a face full of pimples is like, "What did I miss here?" Couple of things to think about: Hormones Doing Their Thing: Our bodies can be a bit wonky, especially with hormones. Maybe chat with a doc about it, see if there's a way to balance things out. Skincare Detective Work: Any new products in your skincare lineup? Sometimes, our faces protest when we introduce something they don't like. Check the suspects in your beauty routine. Foodie Investigation: What's on your plate? Sometimes, what we eat can trigger these rebellions. Maybe try to cut back on the greasy or sugary stuff. Chill Pill, Literally: Stress is like the ultimate troublemaker. Find your zen – be it through yoga, Netflix, or hanging with friends. Pro Help: If all else fails, don't hesitate to bring in the pros. A dermatologist can give your face a proper check-up and suggest a battle plan. Here's to smoother days ahead for your face! 🌟😊
