Acne can be caused by a number of reasons one of which is pcod. The most important fact here is that whether it’s acne or pcod it’s all related to lifestyle and dietary habits. Firstly immediately start exercising 30 minutes aerobic exercise everyday which could be jogging swimming Zumba aerobics etc, first enriched with green leafy vegetables, fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits, include 2-3 almond / pista everyday, regular sleep pattern. Ensure you have a fixed sleep schedule which includes at least 6 hours to sleep, avoid stressful situations, avoid frequently changing your cosmetics face washes creams stick to one that works for you which is water or gel based not oil based. Wash your hair at least 2-3 times a day ensure you don’t have any dandruff ,drink plenty of water, avoid smoking or drinking. These are basic first steps towards bringing your acne under control.
