Sum nearly a month I came to watch some acne on my neck bt its spreading d nearby places like face shoulder and breast portions can anyone please prescribe me to overcome with this....

Hi 1st thing - is to confirm it's acne based on examination of lesions becoz there are so skin lesions mimicking acne 2nd - since the lesions have spread so much like chest , shoulders .. better to consult in person and take proper treatment Thanks
