Blackhead, acne, small allergy

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have blackhead, acne, small small dots like allergy all over my face, neck and back. It itches alot. I have sjogren syndrome for which i m taking medicine (Zempred, HCQs, Omega, Calciright, Pilocarpin, folvite, folitrax).
