Acne breakout on my face
I'm experiencing acne breakout on my face for quite some time now. Any help will be appreciated.

Acne why occur? Just understand this phenomenon. Every one have pores in skin in which sweat gland present. Body have own mechanism that whenever any external particle attach it ingulf. Whenever dust or any minute particles attache to skin surface it ingul and certain mechanism occur and that reflect as acne. This is basic mechanism .
So to avoid acne u should drink more water so that body excrete waste product through sweating.
Second thing whenever u come from outside just wash ur face with simple water. Use natural thing to clean the pore.
Avoid cosmatic and external application.
