Acne and scars
I have super sensitive pimple prone skin some times it tend to get too dry and sometimes too oily am using EMOLENE moisturiser daily twice a day my forhed acne just never goes i have dandruff prblm too and have pimple marks on my skin how can i lighten them and prevent future eruption of pimples kindly suggest me some cream to remove pmpls and scars

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. Looks like you have really sensitive skin with underlying hormonal issues. Use a very mild cleanser and continue with emolene until you are evaluated properly. And don't touch and pick your pimples as that can further aggravate the problem. See a dermatologist or you can consult me online on practo.

Chemical peels are a great way to reduce the occurrence of acne and a help a great deal with pigmentation. To some extent superficial scars can b treated. Remember to use a good sunscreen always
