Acne and redness
Was using Adapalene gel 0.1% for 4 months to treat acne. But the purging never stopped and now the redness and acne has gotten out of control. Please advice.

Hi ... Pimples are due to a blockage in a duct which is connected with a lipid producing gland and hair follicle ... this blockage can happen due to various reasons like harmonal issues which increases the lipid (sebum) production leading to blockage or by growth of organism or due to dandruff ... hence it’s better to consult a dermatologist before starting medications for better understanding about these disease and to prevent pimples from recurring
Health Tips
.. general measures :: 1 . DONT APPLY OIL IN HAIR 2. Better to avoid eating high carbohydrate diets, processed foods and milk . 3. Regular exercise routine atleast 30 minutes per day Thank you
