I am having too much acne and pimple problem ,it is very irritating .please tell me something so that I can recover from it. Please help me...

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Reduce foods rich in sugars, carbohydrates,non veg ,oily stuff. Don’t squeeze the pimples, which can lead to marks later on. Avoid heat . Consult online for further prescription.!take care .

You have moderately severe acne and thus needs oral treatment in addition to cream for 6 months minimum to prevent Recurrence as your oily glands are too active.
