Hi, I do see the acne that you have mentioned. The pits are acne scars. There are many advanced chemical peels available for acne treatment. But I prefer to combine them with the right skin care and oral medication. If you rely only on chemical peels, then the number of sessions required will be high. This makes the cost also unnecessarily high. Make sure you have your peels done from a well experienced dermatologist. And make sure that they are using the new generation peels that have minimal side effects. As for the scars, they can not be treated with peels alone. Acne scar treatments such as microneedling, subscision, fractional laser resurfacing and PRP are excellent options in your case. Make sure you treat your acne first. Otherwise, if newer acne keeps forming, then new scars keep forming as well. You can contact my clinic in case you wish to have a personalized online consultation. Warm regards, Dr Niketa Sonavane.

These are post acne scars. Will respond better to laser resurfacing.
