Acne and masturbation.
Hi..!!
I have heard that the masturbation and watching pornography causes acne.
I donno wether it is just a myth or true fact..
surfing on internet got me a big no.
But some pages accepts yes with the reason saying that it leads to increase in androgen levels which causes acne.
What's your opinion reagarding this?

Anything excess disturbs hormones so just be casual ,exercise ,hobby,diet.good sleep and then never weep

Hello there.
It's just a wrong thing which is circulating.
It's absolutely not true.
At your age, the hormonal changes which are happening which are concerned with puberty is causing acne.
Oily skin is more prone to acne.
