Since you have PCOS, many of the concerns you mentioned—hair fall, acne, dark spots, neck darkening, and excess pigmentation—can be related to hormonal imbalance and nutritional deficiencies such as low hemoglobin. These issues usually improve when the underlying condition is managed properly. Next Steps ✔️ Focus on a balanced diet, iron-rich foods, and regular exercise ✔️ Use a gentle face cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen daily ✔️ Avoid self-medicating with glutathione tablets without medical advice ✔️ For proper evaluation of your skin, hair, and PCOS-related concerns, you can take an online consultation with me so I can guide you with a suitable routine and treatment plan. Helpful Tip Managing PCOS, nutrition, and skincare together usually helps improve acne, pigmentation, and hair fall gradually.
