There may not be the need for acl surgery but your buckled PCL may require some attention. But it is too early in the day. Give rest with brace, restore movement, make the muscles strong. There can be an element of patellofemoral joint alignment, commonly overlooked, that can give pain.
Hi..
Your mri suggests Gr 1 tear of both knee acl..and its acute
You should rest from any physical activity
Take some analgesics and anti edema medicines
Use knee brace while walking for 2weeks and get physiotherapy started after inflammation settles
