ACL tear complete
My father has complete ACL tear. Do we have any option other than surgery? His requirement is only walking. No heavy work.

send us x ray  knees, at this age if knee aleardy starts arthritis changes , so i dnt think he will need surgery

At his age, it is not recommended for him to have surgery. Physiotherapy to improve the strength will help him. If there is pain in the knee, then it is likely he will arthritis. He may benefit from a Knee Replacement. ACL is not recommended for his age.
