I had ACL ligament surgery around 9 months before but my issue is still presist. When i goes to gym then it will work fine other wise it will become unhealthy. Currently im doing cycling but today there is lot of pain in my leg is there any suggestions regarding this. Does Cycling will be helpful or not. Or i need to consult with psychotherapist.
