Hi. Acl reconstruction has been done 22 weeks back that means it's almost completing 6 months. In routine my patients I advice fast walking and running after 6 months of surgery and supervised acl rehabilitation. Please get yourself reevaluated 1. Is there anything else happening in your knee. 2. Have you followed your rehabilitation protocol properly. And also I don't think vitamin D is going to help you in any way.
