My concern while doing exercise I'm getting pain in drain hole area which created at the time of surgery. Is it happen to all. Also please suggest good exercise to build more flexibility in knee bending. Regards, Javith

Salam javith hope well and wish to hear the same from you nothing to worry about your problem in the drain hole area u should keep flexing your knee by sleeping upside down or prone lying with ur stomach on the couch and ur buttock facing upward bend the affected knee inside by touching the heel to the buttock as much as possible this is the best way to increase ur knee flexibility
